Do you ship internationally?
While we hope to extend our business in the future,
currently we only ship within the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping varries depending on your location and the shipping priority you choose at checkout. If you need an item sooner please call or visit one of our locations, as we may have the item stocked in our store or faster shipping options available.
Will I be charged for taxes?
We are required to collect taxes.

What are your warranty terms & conditions?
Warranty terms and conditions vary between items. For a accurate descripition of these conditions and terms please call one of our locations or visit the manaufactuer's website for the desired product.
What is your returns policy?
For most items our policy is 15 days from date of delivery. Product must be new, unopened and include all original packing materials, warranty cards and accessories when applicable.
Non returnable items:
- Film / Memory cards removed from packaging (unless defective).
- Items that are damaged or abused
- Items missing parts or literature
- Special order items
- Used equipment (used equipment is sold "as is")
Do you refund?
Yes. Refunds are made in the following fashions:
- Made in same form of payment as original purchase
- Gift card/ gift certificate purchases will have refund credited back to the card or certificate
